Flame Lamination

Combining textile materials with polyurethane foam which is exposed to flame, causing it to melt and form an adhesive that joins the material layers.

This method is used to bond textile materials up to 2 metres wide.

Bonding by water dispersion

Combining textile materials using water-thinnable adhesive of various densities, thanks to which we obtain a wide range of stiffness of the finished material.

This method is used to bond textile materials up to 1.55 metre wide.

Impregnation

Applying water-thinnable adhesive to the inside of the textile materials. This method allows to obtain increased stiffness and flexibility of the material, depending on its intended use.

This method is used to impregnate textile materials up to 2 metres wide.

Bonding with PE film

Combining textile materials using PE film which under the influence of temperature produces an adhesive bonding the material layers.

This method is used to bond textile materials up to 1.5 metre wide.

Calendering

Surface improving of nonwovens under the influence of temperature. This process aims to give the nonwoven appropriate properties, such as: stabilisation, stiffness, smoothness, cohesiveness - depending on its use.

This method is used to calender nonwovens up to 1.8 metre wide.
